Film that looked perfect in winter, will it survive Abu Dhabi in August?

I put film on my Mercedes GLC in January, and honestly it looked flawless for the first few months. Clear, glossy, no bubbles, nothing. But now it is nearly August, the car sits outside my building all day, and I keep checking the edges around the bonnet like a worried parent. Yesterday I thought I saw a tiny lifted corner near the headlight, though it might just be dust. The temperature here has been brutal, and I started wondering if film that handles a mild winter can really cope with the peak summer months. I went looking for Reliable PPF choices that handle Abu Dhabi heat, and I found plenty of pages saying their film is heat proof, but nobody explained what that actually means in real life. So I want to ask people who have lived through a few summers with film on their cars. Does the film go hazy, yellow or soft when the paint surface gets scorching hot? Do the edges lift more in summer, and is a small lift normal or a sign of a bad job? Should I go back to the shop for a check, or wait until it gets worse? Also, does the heat change how you should wash the car, like never washing it when the panels are hot? Is it true that parking in the shade makes a big difference to how long the film lasts? And how long did yours stay in good shape before it needed replacing? If you have film that survived a few summers here, please tell me the brand, what you paid, and what you do to look after it. Easy answers help me most.
