Is a bouncy ride after 100k km normal, or are my shocks finished?

My Infiniti QX60 has started to feel like a boat lately, and I have been ignoring it for a month because I kept telling myself it was just my imagination. The car has about a hundred and ten thousand kilometres. After a speed bump it keeps bouncing once or twice before it settles, and in a fast corner on the highway to Dubai the body leans more than it used to. Last week my wife said she felt a little sick in the back seat, which is when I knew I could not pretend any more. I live near MBZ City, where the roads are fine but the heat is harsh, and I wonder if that wears the rubber parts faster. I looked up some Premium suspension repair for Infiniti in MBZ City, but every page only said best quality and fast service, so I still do not know what a proper check looks like. So I want to ask people who have been through it. How do you tell worn shocks from worn bushings or springs? Is there a simple test at home, like pushing down on a corner of the car and seeing how many times it bounces? Should the shocks always be changed in pairs, or can I do just one side? Does the car need an alignment afterwards, and is that included? Also, how long does the job take, and what should it cost on an Infiniti? Is it safe to keep driving for a few weeks until I have the money? If your car felt the same, please tell me what was worn, what you paid, and how the ride felt after. Easy answers help me most.
